That looks really good. We are going there in Dec. What are the second two entrees, and can you tell me how you liked those please. Thanks.
The entrees were:
Char-grilled Pork Tenderloin glazed with port wine and served with root vegetable hash and apple raisin chutney
Top Sirloin Steak - char-grilled and topped with roasted mushrooms, red and green peppers, and served with root vegetable hash
Golden Fried Chicken - Served with mashed potatoes, chicken gravy, and Southern greens
My DH loved, loved, loved the Pork Tenderloin, espec. the apple raisin chutney. My DS enjoyed the chicken as well, not so much the Southern greens

The Top Sirloin was my choice, and was wonderful, cooked just as I requested.
This was one of our favorite meals .
