Disney Florist?

Is Disney Florist the only company that will deliver balloons and set up decorations at a Disney resort? I got on there web site but really did not like the birthday room decoration package they had. I would love to surprise my DS5 with the room decorated for his Birthday next year!

You can use another company but everything will be waiting at the front desk and not in the room - I tried to surprise my family last year and I noticed as I was checking in the stuff I ordered was right there behind the clerk at the Front Desk! Then I had to show my ID and prove it was my purchase and they just ruined a really good surprise!

It is possible to hire someone to decorate your resort room for you, but it takes some coordination. You will need to ask the front desk to give a one time use key to your room to the person doing the decorating. They will need to show id to pick up the key. It will only work for one entry to your room.

The only company I know that does this is Gifts of a Lifetime. I used to do it, but closed my business.

Does anyone know if I order just balloons and a gift basket if they will be put in the room after we check in or if they will just be at the front desk?

They will do whatever you want in the room after you check in. On our last trip, it was DW's 40th B-Day. I called Disney Florist and had 2 Mickey Head balloons and a mylar birthday balloon (Balloon Bouquet) waiting on us in the room when we returned the night of her birthday. Needless to say it was a nice final touch to her special day.
