We will be on our honeymoon in October - I was wondering if you send things to the florists would they put those items in the basket also?

My FI has favorite bodywashes, etc. that I would like to include in a basket for him.

Next question - do they deliver to the front desk or will they deliver to your room?

TIA,

Jodi

Hi~

I used Disney Florist to deliver a gift basket for my son on his birthday. You can send them items and they will incorporate them in the basket. They deliver the basket to the resort with your information and the resort will have it waiting in your room for you. I highly recommend the Disney florists. They work with you on a theme and do an outstanding job. My son was turning 5 and loves Peter Pan. I shipped the crocodile that ticks when you squeeze it and a peter pan toy. They had snacks, the toys that I sent and some other items presented in a treasure box. They also, included a personalized autograph picture of Peter Pan.

Recently returned from a trip to WDW. One night I came back to my room at the Polyneisan and found a gift basket from Disney Florist on the bed. I was so excited...until I noticed the name on the card was not addressed to my husb or I. I am sure the family who eventually rec'd it had a wonderful surprise. The gift basket was done up so nicely. I'm going to plan on using them my next trip...or suggest that my husb might want to! :)

Are they very expensive? Or are they reasonable? :confused3

Well.... my son's basket was quite large and it cost about $90.

Will they buy things for you & include it in the package...for example a Pal Mickey? :flower:

They will only add items to the basket that they have in their store. They are very helpful, however, the lady I worked with went on the disneystore site and was finding products for me. She even offered a phone numbers to one of the gift shops at WDW so that I could call and order over the phone.

I was thinking of adding a badge of honor and maybe a beach towel from the DisneyStore, do you think they would allow that?

The Disney florist will not include a Pal Mickey since they don't have them in their store. I just received an email from them to that effect.

Couldn't qv09vvp buy Pal Mickey through Walt Disney World Mail order and have it shipped directly to the Disney florists? I know it seems like a lot of work but if they really want it - it's well worth it.

qv09vvp why not drop guest services a line at: WDW.mail.order@disneyworld.com

Let me know how everything works out for you - I just ordered the badge of honor for a basket that I will be creating for my fiance on our October trip and I found out that I could send things to the florist department if I have a particular theme and they will work with me.

I've decided to do a Lilo and Stitch theme since on our new trip we will be going to the Luau at the Poly. :)

Good Luck!
