Disney Flipside Contest?

I just saw info about this on another thread. I feel like they didn't really advertise this-did I miss something? Was it announced on the televised Christmas parade? I turned it off after about 20 minutes. Or was it announced on one of the NYE tv shows? I think they've announced their contests in the past on that?

Also, does this contest have anything to do with their theme this year? Or are they skipping a theme all together?

I feel really out of the loop!

I first saw it on Facebook. I'm purposefully not telling anyone about it to increase my chances.

It does seem to just be an extension of the "Disney Side" theme from last year, though it was more just a marketing theme....it didn't seem to transfer over to the Parks like other ones did in previous years, like Year of a Million Dreams or Limited Time Magic. Unless I missed something too?
