Disney Films that should get the "Saving Mr.Banks" Treatment?

I was just watching a review of the film, and that got me to thinking, with Disney's catalog of films, there are stories of "If X film didn't make its money back the studio would be sunk", stories of triumph, failures, and infighting (the birth of Dreamworks and the collapse of the Disney Renaissance for example), plenty of material for a whole 'Making Of' genre of films to grow from.

I'd be curious to see the stories behind the making of Snow White, Fantasia, and even the founding of the studio itself put under the cinematic microscope.
