I have been reading numerous threads through the week that make reference to Disney Files and what they have read in it. We are new to DVC, just joined in June. I beleive this is the member magazine that is sent out quarterly. We haven't received a copy as of yet. It is something that goes out all at once or is a staggered mailing and possibly mine is on the way? Or maybe because I am a newer member I am not in the system for this yet? Can I call MS and ask for one to be sent? Thanks for your help!

First of all, Congrats on becoming a member I do believe it is a staggerd mailing. I know others on here have gotten their Disney Files before I have received mine.

We've been members since 2003 and it seems we get ours up to a month after people are posting about it here on disboards.

We received our Disney Files on Friday, September 3rd. We live in the greater Houston area. I saw that others had received their copy the previous Monday. So the mailings are definitely staggered.

I know when we joined in May 2009, our first DVC News came out at the regular time so we went a couple of months without one.
