Hi everyone - My family is on this cruise. It is myself, my husband, and our 3 boys, ages 5, 8, and 11. We did the Fantasy 2 years ago but have never done a SW cruise. My DH and boys will love every second of that day. My biggest unknown is what to do with my 11 year old. Not sure about the club versus the next level pre-teen/teen club.

We have never done a FE but I am thinking we might. We fly so taking all of that extra stuff has always held me back from doing it. But, I think the kids would really enjoy it.

Okay so now I am officially in debt to Disney, we have booked a room at Art of Animation for the 15-18. We are taking the non-stop red eye from Vancouver, BC, Canada!! Now my question is regarding the Animal Kingdom there, is it worth taking a part day to see this or does it warrant a full day. We are thinking the Epcot centre the first day we arrive, DD age 10 may get bored of the place if there is such a thing to happen in Disney.

Anyone else planning to hit up WDW prior to the cruise? Anyone else living in Florida have some suggestions, would greatly appreciate them please.

I am also going to need to know the numbers we have for the FE please. Since DD is off school, I want her to start working on these shortly!!

Navypenguin, my husband was also in the Navy for eight years this is our second cruise as he was itching to take another trip after he enjoyed our Alaskan Cruise so much. Just tell him he doesn't have to work on this one and can finally relax at sea!!

Just switched to this cruise from the June 10th cruise. We gave up sailing on a refurbished ship to go Star Wars! We want to participate in the FE. How do I sign up and with who? This is my 5th cruise and everyone else's 3rd. This is who we are:

It was great, but probably don't want to do it again (son was "bit" by a stingray, and we probably won't get him to go again!) Looking for a different rec for Cayman outing?

7 days until the rest of the firsties and I flood the activities bookings and couldn't be more excited. My wife and I and our 3 kids (DS-9, DS-7, DD-6) will be celebrating making it through a trying year. We look forward to meeting up with some of you and sharing a grand time. I think FE may be a bridge too far on this first excursion.

Are you the person responsible for setting up the Fish Extender Groups? I'm trying to figure out how to sign up. This is our first cruise, and it will be the Fantasy cruise on March 18th for 7 days. We would like to participate in the FE, and would appreciate your help in finding how to register for a group!

Oh, question for those who have booked your excursions. Did anyone book the "Discover Native Cayman and the Saltwater Forest (G33)" in Grand Cayman? We were interested in that one, but never saw it as an option. I can see other excursions that are sold out, but not that one, at all.

We are excited for our second cruise on DCL. It will be DH, DW, DD-9,DS-7, and DS-4. The kids love anything Star Wars and Disney and are really in to minecraft and legos.

We booked this cruise in December 2015. It will be the family's 2nd Disney cruise-we were on the Dream for a 4 day in June 2015 and LOVED it!

We have two daughters: Emma (who will be 16 the time of the cruise) and Julia (who will be 10). Last cruise we met a lot of families online that had kids that were our youngest's age, and we are hoping to find friends for the older one to hang out with in the teen club.

I searched and didn't see a cruise meet up for us yet, so hoping we won't be the only family on the ship! LOL!

Hi Everyone,
This will be my second Disney cruise and am traveling w/ my DD's ages 11 and 7. Also traveling w/ my sister and nephew plus the Grandparents. I would like to participate in the FE if this is a go. I am not sure if my sister will but myself, DD 11 and DD 7 will for sure. Now to find my extender! Hopefully there are some other tweens for the cruise. My oldest would love to meet some girls to hang out with.
