This is our 3rd Dis Cruise. The first two we stayed by the port. First time sorry don't remember the name of the hotel. We didn't like it because the beds were not comfortable. Last time we did Raddison and loved it. I will be staying there again this time. We loved being so close to the ships. We also rented a car to drive around and explore. We also stop at a store and buy a case of water that we bring on the ship. That way we spend 5 in stead of 35 on water. We use the bottled water for when we stop at ports.

Hey everyone, we just moved our April cruise to this date- it will be myself, hubby, 15 year old DS and 13 year old DD, and we are getting excited. Have been on the Magic when she sailed out of NYC back in 2012 and the Fantasy in 2014. Loved them both. Just wanted to say hi-

DW and I just celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary this past weekend. I was working a gymnastics meet out of town, so DW came to visit. Saturday night I showed her a good time by bringing her to a judges party. I may need to make up for this with a night out later on. This upcoming weekend, she and DD18 are going on a church retreat, and DD19 is headed out to LA (I am driving her to the airport at 3:45 am!). I get to spend Halloween night by myself with the dog.

Hey everybody. Things were too quiet, so a completely random post. Dancing with the Stars has some shots on a Royal Caribbean ship. I think it is the newer one that has the big glass orb that is on the top deck that goes even higher. I haven't figured out why yet, but it is surprising they are promoting a competitor to the Disney name.

Hi There, we are first time Disney cruisers. Have a family of 8 going from CO. Thanks for the tips on the Radisson, got that booked for the night before. The kids (6, 9, 14) were told at Christmas with a scavenger hunt/puzzle they had to put together. We are all very excited. I can't seem to find the list of excursions for this cruise - are they posted yet?

Hi All! Just booked today and super excited! It will be over three years since we were last aboard!!!! Waaaay too long to wait but the timing is right and we need to get away. We last cruised on the Magic for seven nights/eight days from Galveston, TX went all the way over to Port Canaveral (got off the ship to head to Disney World for the Day), then went to Castaway Cay, and lastly Key West - then all the way to Galveston. Not only are we looking forward to this cruise but also our wedding in August - so this is like a pre-honeymoon but with my seven year old son too he is going to be super excited. I look forward to meeting many of you.

Yay! Finally getting some action on here. Welcome all the new families!! I am getting so excited now that its 2016! I need to book the hotel but forgot the name of the one we used last time. I'll have to look it up. We love staying at the port, it adds to the excitement with the ship being so close

We will be at the Radisson, most likely by the pool, if you want to have a mini meet before the cruise.

This is our first time aboard the Fantasy - only cruised on the Magic before and very much looking forward to our getaway coming up for sure!
