Inside Out opens in theaters on June 19....anyone think we will be able to see it while on the ship?

Yes. Inside Out will definitely be playing on the ship. DCL always has the new Disney releases as soon as they are out in theaters. The will even host "Prem-ear" showings at midnight for at least some of the new releases.

Hi there! First time Disney Cruisers and couldn't be more excited!! Traveling will be my Grandma Betty, my mom Sandy, my brother Mikey (20) and myself, Brittany (24). Thank you for the info. Just e-mailed Tigger/Pooh4 this morning. Also just also ordered my Fish Extender. Cutting it close with the shipping though... Eep! Also, having a tough time keeping this trip quiet from the kids. I'm bursting at the seems with excitement!

Okay, another question....reading the packing tips from The Dis I get to this:

"Cooler (soft-sided) To store sandwiches for shore excursions and airplane ride, or to carry on your own beverages or alcohol."

Are you allowed to bring food off the boat?

That is outdated information. DCL has prohibited coolers, except in cases where they are needed for medication. You cannot bring anything that is open, i.e. not factory sealed, on or off the ship. So no, you can't take sandwiches off the boat for excursions. I'm not sure why that is even stated in the packing tips since this is not a new thing.

If you want, you can take packaged food off the ship. I've heard of people taking the little boxes of cereal from Cabanas for a snack when on shore.

Hey Everyone Super new to all this as this is going to be are first Disney Cruise. Can anybody give some information on the Fish Extenders. Really looking forward to participating. Cruising will be Myself, DH, DS (3) DD (5) Celebrating her 5th Birthday on June 23rd. We are super excited.

We booked today! Four from Alabama....me, DH, DS graduating from hs in 2 days, and DD turning 13 on the cruise. This will be our 6th cruise, 3rd on the Fantasy.

I agree. There's several of these that either I want to see or my DD will want to see. Like you, Tomorrowland and Inside Out are definites for us. And I want to see McFarland USA and Into the Woods. DD has no interest in either of those so I'll only get to see them if the schedule works out just right.

I hope LSU is still in the playoffs by the time we cruise! We were on this same cruise last year and did not have much luck getting the cast members to change the channel from 'futbol' to baseball!!
