Just wanted to say hi! Our family will be cruising with you all in Dec 2013. This is becoming a great tradition for us. We had the Dream last Dec, will have the Dream this Dec, and our first Fantasy cruise Dec 2013. It will be cruise #4 for us and I love it! I love booking new cruises before I leave the ship!

We definitely want to do the FE with you all too!

Hope everyone has a great weekend and is staying cool in this heat! They are forcasting well into the 90s here in MI this weekend. I know we will spend most of it the water!

I've got some doable ideas for the FE gifts that we are giving out.

My mom and aunt just told me today that they are going to do this cruise with us. I am excited that they want to go. Michelle, I dont believe they will do the FE, but they will join in on the gatherings. They are making their deposit on the 28th of this month, so when they officially do it then I will give you the info.

Now I just have to decide... to bring the baby or not. Honestly, I think I would be fine on the cruise itself with an 8-9 month old. But flying from California to Florida? I don't know, that sounds nightmarish. What do you guys think?

Flying with a baby that young is easier than flying with a toddler. And they are still free, right (if they sit in your lap). But I recommend getting a seat for the baby so that he/she can sleep in his/her carseat.

I don't know if you plan to nurse, but I found that nursing was the easiest way to keep my babies happy and quiet.

Also, it is ok to hold your baby while walking up and down the aisle if it helps the baby to quiet down. You will get lots of ohhhs and ahhhs.

For me, I don't mind if other children are fussy or crying. I don't get upset with the parents. Because I know the parents are having a worse day than me. Lol.

This doesn't probably need to be said, but bring diapers and dry formula (if you plan this route also) on the plane. I've seen parents ask the flight attendant if they had any onboard the plane (of course, the answer was "no").

You can do it! It is not easy, but very doable.

Thanks for your thoughtful response. Lots to think about. I think I'm getting closer to convincing DH that we should go, esp. because we're missing the Alaska cruise now.

By the way, here's my latest ultrasound. Baby measured 6 weeks, 4 days. I know, not much to see yet, but I'm super excited anyway!

I am happy to say that my SIL=sister in law & family are joining in on this cruise!!! I have added her to the website. So that makes My family(4), my parents(2), my SIL family(4), Robin's family(4), Robins extended family(5), and Norma's family(3). Wowsa!!!! That's a party of 22!!!! Awesome!!!! So if you are on our dining rotation --look for the crowd dancing on the tables!!!

I can't wait till we can say we are going this year!!!! O well I have this vacation in 32 days to occupy my time!!!! Well off to work out paperwork...TTFN

Good Morning....I am also joining this cruise. I am Lori and my DH Mike. We have 2 DD's Allyiahmarie(8- at cruise time)(nickname Ally) & Kaydence(5 at cruise time). This will be our 2nd Disney cruise and can't wait to get back onboard. We had an amazing time in 2009.
We are joining our large family group of FortheloveofDCL, mom and dad, Robin, her extended family and Norma....huge family cruise. Well can't wait to get to know you all.

Hello Everyone - I hope you guys have room for another Disney Dreamer to join. Our April Cruise on the Magic just got a drastic itinary change so we have moved to this sailing. I was so excited when I seen the dates - We traveled in December on the Dream for three days and doing 7 days at Christmas is pretty awesome. We are 100% in on the FE - Traveling is myself Cindy / DH Brian / DS Eric-24 / DD-Krsite-21 we are the family that will never grow up.
