Disney Fantasy Cruise November 8th - 15th 2014 ... here we come!

I can't seem to send a pm from my phone but there will be four of us. All adults technically. Me, my mom and my nieces (18 & 19). On the last cruise it was only a 4 night and it was such a whirlwind. We missed shows and activities because we didn't know what to expect. I also went way over and made too many fe gifts that I found myself spending almost 2 hours everyday running all over the ship delivering them. We had 14 cabins and almost 40 people on the exchange. The weather was horrible with rain and wind everyday. We are really hoping to make this one better and be better prepared. I am super excited for this and just found out the ship will be decorated for the holidays!

Hi, that would be me, Disneyelf10, Donna....I have the secret Mickey post/event on the FB page!

Right now the Secret Mickey (similar to a secret Santa) is for adults. If you sign up I will send you a list of questions to help your secret Mickey buy you a gift. Once I have the list I will send the info out. If there is enough kids to match up - I will send out a kids list as some people have asked about that too.
This is different from the FE list and you buy a nicer gift/items for your person.

I'm booked for the Nov 8 cruise with my DF, Doug, age 59. We may be
old in da bones but are still young at heart

This is our first Disney cruise and we are really looking forward to it

We would like to be included in the fish extenders. Can somebody tell me
how to join the fun ? I love the FE concept.

That would be great.....can we attend the FE meet and greet even if we are not formally participating. I like to snag the list and add a little extra something for the kids on board without participating in exchange......Thanks.

Yes of course you can. It will be like a drop in thing. Nothing extravagant lol - no snacks and will probably be just for an hour or so. There is a cost for DCL to cater, and considering Cabanas will be open - no need to pay for food, drinks, etc.

It will give everyone a chance to meet, grab a list if they need or forgot theirs. And maybe give the kids a opportunity to make new friends. Scheduling it for before the mandatory safety drill

We are booked for the Nov 8th cruise and I just stumbled upon this fe idea. This is our second cruise with Disney. What all is involved in the fe group, is it too late to sign up? In addition to myself there will be my DH, DS age 17, DD age 15, and DS turning 13 on the cruise.

Here is a fun thing to do --- google your pirate name...there are several sites out that they let you answer questions and presto a pirate name. We use them for out door signs......

I'm sooooo excited. My magnets have arrived! We're traveling with 2 other families. When I asked them if they wanted to decorate their doors my one girlfriend laughed and thought I was nuts to suggest such a thing. She'll see we're not the only nuts ones and will totally feel left out. Ha! My other girlfriend who has the stateroom next door was super excited to decorate the door.

Good Morning cruisers....any other returning folks stay up to midnight to book last night? We did and anyone who can't yet book and wants me to check on specific port adventures I would be glad too.

We are BIG door decorators. I'll see if I can be inspired and find the photos of our past efforts.....
