Hi all, I was checking the DCL site and there are still a lot of cabins available. So there could be some deals for last minute bookings or maybe upgrades at the port. Kinda surprised thought it would be a sold out cruise.

Hi hopefully my 17 yr old son can meet up with your 16 yr old DB in the club. My son is a bit quiet but into the usual video games and sports.

At first I wanted to upgrade but I kind of like our room and would love to sleep in late before we board. Lol

I think if there are upgrades available you can upgrade when checking in at the port. I have seen signs before stating ship is full no upgrades available. I remember reading upgrades could be in the 50% off range. We have never upgraded, Might be worth it if you have never had an veranda stateroom before and want to try one>

Ship will more than likely be full by time of sailing. If you have an inside or ocean view, there could be a chance of an upgrade to a verandah, but that's about it. They do post the sign sometimes even though there could be a couple of staterooms available.

Do note that the number in the room to begin with will also dictate your chances. Only two in the room will have better chances than a party of five. This is due to muster stations which could potentially be full.

Concierge would be almost impossible however.

I'm going to have to ship mine due to the size and not wanting to take a third suitcase. I PRAY it doesn't get lost. I'm going to use UPS for tracking purposes and make sure it gets there in the timeframe required. Thank goodness I have a 20% off shipping from my local Staples.

In only two weeks we will all be getting ready to sail! So excited right now, we have been planning this cruise for 18 months. I can't believe it is almost here.

I am on the Port Canaveral web cam right now. We have been watching the Fantasy sail out every weekend for the last month! It should be setting sail in the about two hours.
