Disney Fantasy - 7 night - Western Caribbean - April 30, 2016

In our party, we have Jessica, Art, Riley (8/female), and Presley (6/female) plus my parents - Hal and Rosie. We will have two cabins. No allergies and no special events. I'll get the cabins to you as soon as I get them from Disney.

Should I buy or make those pouches? What are the guidelines of what to give/exchange and how often?

Also, how the heck do I add a picture to my profile on here? Lol! The important question, I know

If you are feeling crafty you can make them if not you can purchase them lol You can make/buy anything you wish. Generally you give a gift to each person in each cabin when its your turn to deliver.Since this is a longer cruise I'm going to assign cabins days to deliver so the gifts are spread out.You only give to each cabin once. Ive posted your info in the spreadsheet below if you could just verify that its correct

So just to confirm - if my group consists of one cabin with 4 people, another has 2, another has 4, and another has 3 - I would need 13 gifts on the day I'm assigned?

What are some of the gift ideas? How much do people usually spend? Sorry for the 20 questions. I'm flying my newbie flag

There are a lot of great ideas on Pinterest and etsy for the less crafty. People spend various amounts based on their budgets. Some people give one gift per cabin other people will give a gift to each person in each cabin. It mostly about having fun!

Hi! I sailed in a forward facing stateroom on the Dream. The motion was really noticeable when we pulled into a port. The thrusters are working hard and make sure you know it! Outside of that, I don't remember feeling any unusual motion (as compared to mid-ship staterooms). That said, for your peace of mind, you might want the 'insurance policy' the wrist bands would provide...

So It just hit me.. we are very far forward on the ship on deck 8. We sailed only once before on the Magic for a week but we were midship. For you whom have sailed on Disney ships FWD, can you please tell me if I should be concerned with the motion sickness with the kids? They don't get motion sick easy (and myself, being a US Navy vet of 9 years- motion doesn't bother me) but I was not sure on the motion of the Disney ship that far FWD. I don't even know if I could change my room as of now, if I wanted to.
Suppose I should grab some motion wrist bands as a precaution.

Sorry ive been at work unable to reply! You can give each individual a gift or a big cabin gift its up to you and what you decide but you will distribute to every cabin on the date you are assigned

Good news!! Everyone is confirmed and the lists are finally closed! I had to make some changes as some cabins never got back to me or couldn't participate anymore. Group 1 has 11 cabins listed and group 2 has 10 didn't want to leave anyone out here are the final lists!

you are responsible for all the cabins in your group you can do individual gifts or a cabin gift

These are the dates in which you can delivery your gifts Since its a longer cruise I tried to space things out. I will have a copy of the fe lists and delivery list in a notebook that I will hang outside our cabin
