We just booked a 4 night Bahamas Cruise on the Wonder, followed by 3 nights at Disneyworld. While I am well versed in tricks to make Disneyworld magical, I don't have a clue about the Cruises and feel a little lost.

Would love any helpful tips you all have learned along the way. Favorites on the Wonder, must do's, seating tips etc. All advice welcome :)

Also, did you have a good experience at the kids clubs? Ours will be 6, 11 and 13 at the time of the cruise. Thank you so much!

Well..... I'd suggest you take a little time to peruse the various threads here. See what others are asking, and what the answers are. There is a Youth Activity CM who posts here on her thread(about the kid's clubs). Any specific questions that direction you can ask there:

It would be a good idea to go ahead and read through that thread for information.

The biggest "trick" is to make peace with the fact that you aren't going to be able to do everything available to you onboard/during the the cruise. Just go with what you can and plan to return to pick up the missed opportunities on subsequent cruises.

Be sure to read the Navigator (daily activity paper) each evening for the next day's activities so you can have an idea of what you want to do (but, again, don't set it in concrete).

So here is what I think would make your cruise magical: the before/after dinner shows! We did not do them our first cruise because we did not know they were sooo good, but our 2nd and 3rd we did not miss even one! Take advantage of every photo op, especially the more formal settings. Our holiday/family photos come from our cruise each year because they turn out so well and we have great coloring! Micky bars for dessert! Snacks from The Cove. Sit down breakfast and lunch in lieu of the buffet at one of the MDR. So hopefully, that helps a bit? Enjoy!

It is true -you won't be able to do it all- everything will be new and interesting, which is enjoyable in itself.

Depending on what is important to you is what you should focus on - shows, excursions, meet n greets, adult areas, etc. all kids clubs have open houses, so all your kids can see all the clubs during these times- and you can join them. If pictures are important don't forget to bring clothes that you want to have in your pictures (whether nice, fancy, or just not clashing).

Have fun! Our first cruise was a 4day. We felt like we did about 20pct of what was available and we were busy! The 4 days went by in a flash.
