Looks pretty amazing to me. Have a blast. I love Disney for Valentines Day. I went one year with DH and it is decorated so beautifully.

Sounds like you have everything all set, but from my experience, you may feel like changing things at a moments notice. You may not feel like going to something and change your plans. Always leave things open to do whatever you want. as and example, a few days before you plan for dinner at one place, you might hear of another place you would rather try. By all means, do whatever you feel like. It is your vacation to enjoy. Have a great trip. We have been to Disney 12 times over the years and we are DVC members, so we get there even more often now.

P.S. POR is a great place. We stayed there when it was Dixie Landings. Very nice and a short walk over to POFQ if you want to check it out. Very relaxing place to stay. We own at the Boardwalk. If you get a chance, go check it out. You can get to it from the walkway down to the right of France at Epcot or take the boat from the same location. Lots of stuff going on there.

I have tried several times to book restaurant reservations before going and do ,but always end up canceling them once I get there. I don't bother making reservations before I go except for meals with shows or in the castle. You have no idea how your days are going to go it may be cold or raining and the water parks out, or the park is not crowed so you did everything you wanted to and jump to another one. Make sure you give yourself enough time to get to the polynesian if you are using WDW buses. Also on your arrival date give yourself at least 4hrs between est. arrival and reservations if you are flying in.
This is your vacation and how much fun and relaxation you have is based on what you make of it. One of the best things of going in the off season is you can take your time and see everything at your pace there's no crowd pressure. :thumbsup2
