I have a question regarding disney shore excursions on the Eastern Magic. I will be traveling with dd then 4 and baby around 7 months. While I understand that I can't do most excursions with either child. On ST Martin there is one excursion French Riviera Beach Rendezvous that says ages 3 and up. Can I bring the baby on this? Also if I buy snorkeling gear for dd can she use a lifejacket and snorkle a bit on castaway cay? I see that they don't rent equipment under the age of 5. DD will be taking swimming lessons from now until the trip so it will depend also on how well she does but i think she would like doing a bit of the beginners trail.

From what I understand if it has an age limit they cannot go if they are not at least that age so your 4 year old could go but the baby could not. If you want to do a beach you can take a taxi to the beach and do your own thing probably for MUCH cheaper and then you wont be tied to an excursion if for some reason you want to go back to the ship earlier than what the excursion would take you.

I cant help you with the snorkeling at CC because our 3 year old didnt want to do it but I would have to imagine that they wouldnt let her far out in the water. I'm sure she could sit on the beach and put her face down in the water but I'm not sure they would allow her to put on a jacket and swim out. Others probably know the answer to that question better than I do. I just wanted to keep it bumped to the top for you.:bounce:
