Disney events or catered events

Anyone work with disney catered events for any celebration. I am interested to get more info on working with them. I may have memories or escape ceremony then coordinate all the rest (meal and dessert party) through disney catered events. Anyone have good experience? Bad experience?

That's me! We've worked with Disney Catered Events three times now and had a variety of different experiences. The first time, our planner was AMAZING—so responsive and thoughtful, and she even came to our event to check it out. The other two times were a little bit more difficult—DCE seems to be getting less and less enthusiastic about planning events for small groups cuz they get so little money out of it.
