Disney eliminates outside vendor drop off/pickup services. Must meet vendor for drop off/pickup (mobility devices only so far it seems)

On the Scooterbug site, the portable scooter has a weight capacity of 300 pounds.

https://scooterbug.com/orlando/
That is maximum capacity of the person and all their stuff. If you actually call and talk to someone, they typically do not recommend the portable for anyone over 250 lbs because of the smaller battery. The more weight the more drain on an already downsized battery. This results in a scooter that needs to be charged midday and you are stuck somewhere waiting for it to charge, which doesn't happen quickly.

Glad to see the updated fleet! Stroller selection looks pretty good. Great to see the Freedom pushchair for special needs, this is a good option for kiddos on the autistic spectrum because it provides a little private space. Hope they are including the front swivel wheels because it would be very difficult to navigate the parks using the front jogging wheel as shown. (We used to have one, always used the swivels at Disney).

I’m having a hard time finding the specifics about each scooter model, though. When I click info, it just shows a small marketing blurb, three accessories, and the prices, but not weight capacity, range, and particular features. How does one find this?

Also, does anyone know if their prices have changed? Looks like about a $10 increase to me for 7 days, but I could be comparing different models. Would be interesting to see an apples-to-apples comparison.

Enquiring minds want to know!
When I click on info it shows weight capacity and range.

Regardless of guest weight Gold, and I assume other vendors, only suggest the portable model if you're planning on transporting the scooter in a car.

Scooterbugs website doesn't seem to show the complete info on the equipment unless you use a computer. Sometimes I have to click twice. Probably older versions of their website are still cached.

The stroller inventory is definitely better but they don't offer accessories (snack trays/cup holders/etc).
I was just looking at their site and they are offering accessories on certain models. There is a snack tray available for several of the strollers.

I got an email from Kingdom Strollers confirming that the stroller I panic-ordered before Oct 1st for our Dec 2019 trip will be delivered and picked up at the resort. I'll be watching reports to make sure that is true but for now it's one less thing to worry about. In the future I think I'll just book with whoever offers airport pick up and drop off if we need a stroller.
