Disney DVD

I ordered the Disney Vacation Planning Kit DVD about 3 weeks ago, but have not received yet. How long does it take to arrive?

I received mine last week and I believe it had been 4-5 weeks since I had ordered it. You will probably get it soon.

Same here... just got mine yesterday and it took about 3-4 weeks...

Usually takes about 4-6 weeks.

Mine arrived in about three weeks. But I expected more on the resorts and I didn't find that on the DVD. Was more promotional in tone, lots of interviews with people as opposed to overviews on resorts, restaurants, etc. which would have been great

Mine had resort descriptions, photos and even room layouts for the DVC resorts. Did you get a different DVD? I had magical gatherings stuff too.

Where on the DVD were the resort descriptions, etc. All I saw on the resorts was sort of an overview of how great it was to stay at a Disney Resort and then more interviews. Was there a section I didn't click on?

You need to go to the main menu, click on resorts and then click on the resort area of your choice (they are listed on the right hand side). You will then get a listing for each hotel. They also have floor plans and photo galleries.
