Has any Canadian actually received the planning dvd from the Disney website? I have ordered twice now and nothing :-(

Yes, we order (and receive) one every year - we love watching them each year!

If you haven't received yours, just call Disney, they'll get one to you

Mine took forever to arrive....I want to say at least 6-8 weeks. I had almost given up hope when it finally turned up.

Ours were 8 weeks easily as well, I think more. Just about the time that you forget you ordered it is when it finally arrives. Have patience if you ordered recently!
