I just hope the private events really are private as in can't be seen by regular guests as that's a bit hard to stomach when you've got young children with you.

I couldn't agree more - especially having been there at the same time as the prince on one of our previous trips!! We did benefit from extra characters in the parade though so this was a bonus.

I am finding it hilarious how this is being publicized on Facebook - some of the people going really do believe they are special. All I think this achieves is showing a disrespect to regular guests. Good luck to those who have a real passion for this trip, though I do think that the blatant bragging is rather pathetic. Especially when certain people should realise a paper trail on the net tells a thousands words.

I've read comments from ppl who had their feb trip ruined by all the special characters n not accessing them, and then, are going again at same time, and dreading how it will upset kids.... And I think that's the point.... The kids don't know that money buys everything, they see the characters and want to c them.... If it was cay, it wud b horrific....

And yes, it is being flaunted all over the net, and ppl hoping to be 'chosen' as one of the lucky few.... Ha

Least we now know what the auditions were for and the short term contracts... It was for this.....

So, ppl have been employed JUST to do this show in dlp.... Y can't that money be injected into the park for EVERYONE???

Leave them to it ,I will still go to DLP even if i do have to go on mega bus again (had fun and met wonderful people) I work two part time jobs and would go by private plane if i could but they are all booked up by those who dont have to work for their holidays xx And even when you go on the cheap if you get up early you can still have the whole of main st to yourself just for 1min and enjoy your special moment
