Fwiw 7650's balcony has the same obstruction as 6146's. It's those outer skinage panels every 6 cabins on the sides of the ship. BTW most feel it's moot, and some like it.

I agree, the "obstruction" was moot. But when I mentioned 6146, the obstruction I read about was from below, the extended verandahs on Deck 5. Having not stayed on Deck 6, I can't comment on the view from Deck 6 in general or 6146 in particular. But from Deck 7, when sitting, you have a clear view of the ocean with no obstruction below. If you are standing at the edge of the verandah and look down you can see the Deck 5 verandahs. I don't know if the view from Deck 6 is any worse, but Deck 7 is not a problem.

On the other hand, the Deck 5 extended verandahs don't have much privacy. What I don't know is, whether or not somebody standing at the edge of a Deck 5 extended verandah looking back toward the ship can see the verandahs on Deck 6 or any higher deck.
