I did and it's awesome :) I got it from Stiches'Bows. She make them to your specification theme, color, names, etc.

I recommend her to you 100% :goodvibes

IS IT TOO EARLY TO PACK :):):)

Life keeps getting in my way and I need a VACAY!!!

I was just telling my DH the other day that i needed to pull out the ole' suitcase and put the small things that i am buying or the cruise in it. If i did not need my shorts, t-shirts, bathing suits now i would probably pack them too....LOL:rotfl2:

Betty... I've started a list based on those who have said they were interested in bracelets. As with the FE list, I'm counting anyone over age 14 as an adult for adult sized bracelets.

Everyone... if you are interested, I can keep updating this list, along with FE and Roll Call (and please remind me if I don't catch something because I don't always get the subscriptions reminders and now keeping track of 3 lists can be a little :scared:)

I haven't been on here for a while, but I wanted to pop in and say I m glad we have 77 days left! According to the DCL website anyway. ;)

Oh so COOL!!!

I would like to make a request about deciding on the name for our group. In order to give me time to get the wristlets in time to ship them ahead to the resort we are staying at before the cruise, I would really like to have a name by August 15th.

If you haven't gone to the private website to vote on the name (at last count I think only 11 of us have voted), please take a moment to head that way. http://disneydream1009.activeboard.com/ Or shoot Julie a PM - cctimmom - with your vote. Here are your choices:

•Quacking Up On the DREAM
•Captain Donald's Swabbies
•Columbus Day Cruisers
•DREAMing on/in/across Stranger Tides (pick your preposition)
•Living the Dream
•Dreamin' on the Dream
•Livin' it up in Paradise
•Columbus' Thanksgiving DREAM Cruise
•Quacking Up the DREAM
•DISers Quacked the Duck
•Quack the Duck Cruisers
•Cruising the Stranger Tides
•The Rum Filled DREAM Cruise
•Rocktober on the Dream

Thanks for taking the time to help us name our growing group!

OH! And those of you that are asking how much the wristlets will be, at this time, I am not planning on collecting anything for them. If that changes, I will let you know.

Hey, all,
I've had this cruise booked forever and finally made my way over here! This will be the first cruise for all four people in my party- although my husband and I both served on an aircraft carrier. I'm not counting that, though, since I'm assuming this will be totally different.

All Palo is booked except for dinner 1-2 peeps :confused3
Oh well... hopefully Ivo will be my head server and pull some strings for me :rolleyes1

I know since it's my first cruise I can't try and book for a couple of days. Does that mean there's nothing left for Palo or Remy? I guess I'd like to know so I can manage my expectations accordingly.

Thanks. Grandma is coming with us so I am not doing the nursery this time. I do like the idea of late dining for a future cruise, though!

Love the ideas!

We are traveling with a 10 month old and a 2 year old. Our first cruise we went with a 15 month old.

Biggest tip I have is go ahead and schedule some nursery time. It fills up quickly once on board. I would be dropping off and would here the cast members telling parents on the phone wanting to drop thier baby off so they could go to dinner that there was no availablity. You can always cancel if you decide you dont need it.
L
After a long flight, a long bus ride and a cranky baby..... WE needed it.

This cruise we have late dinner (by our choice) so the plan is to feed the kids, take them to the show, get a snack, take them to the nursery, and the adults are going to dinner and eat in peace. We are a late night family so I know the 2 yo will still be up playing and if the baby gets sleepy there are cribs available.

I am looking forward to Nemo's reef. Was hoping 2yo would potty train and whereas she is physically ready, she just hasnt made up her mind to do it. So Nemo's reef it is.

Also I just learned that there is family time in the Kids Clubs. That even though your little one isnt potty trained you or another parent/adult can accompany your child for some playtime. Our travel party consists of 11 other people who are teens, college and the 'real adults' so we have plenty of people to trade off with. Plus.... I want to see inside the clubs for myself.

We wont do characters. 2yo is still too scared and just likes to look at a distance.

We had a blast when we took her at 15 months. *actually her very first cruise she was 6 months old= that one was on Carnival*

Disney is the best "family cruise" line in my opinion.

We are not doing FE.... I've got too much else to keep up with in organizing 13 people in 4 rooms..... but we are on Deck 7, or you will most likely see us by the pool as this is what we like most.

I read on the main board that they only open up x% of reservations before boarding, but once we get on the ship, you can go straight to the restaurants and make your reservations directly onboard. If this is important to you to get a reservation at one of the specialty restaurants, I would make it a priority to get right there as soon as you board to get a better pick at what's available. Good luck!

Hi we are on fish extender list and would like added to wrist band list - cabin number is 8506

thanks lynne

We are on the fe list and would also like to be on the wristband list. We are cabin 7618-2 adults, 3 kids. I'm heading over to the private board to vote now! Can't wait to run into all of you on the cruise! Is there a set meeting time? I've seen a meet up referred to, but maybe I missed if this is something planned?

13 votes cast so far, with 46.2% for Quacking Up On the DREAM. 3-way tie for 2nd place at 15.4%: Captain Donald's Swabbies, DREAMing on/in/across Stranger Tides, and Rocktober on the Dream

I think I've said this before, but I would really like us to have a cruise-themed FB page, so we can get to know each other better and recognize each other when we get to the port....would anyone be willing to start a 'group'? I would, but I don't know how to do it...I'd definitely love to join a 10/9/11 cruise group though. It just helps to put names with faces!

I like the Facebook idea, but have no idea how to set it up either. At least we will know each other, lol!!

As I had mention in a previous post you can "friend" me on FB and I can start one.
