Thank you for merging, I was so lost. I also just noticed that if you search dream November 28 that the link included for this cruise is no longer the correct link now on the large document that lists all of the links to all cruises for 2016. Could that get fixed too.... and yes please edit to bring attention to the FE group sign up. Thanks!

Hi all! Just wanted to let you know we discovered there were three different threads all for your sailing, so we merged them into one to make it easy for people to find.

If you would like, I could edit the first post for you to draw attention your FE, I just didn't want to step on anyones toes. You can also do it on your own with the edit button, it is entirely up to you either way! Let me know if I can help!

You can do all your organizing on Google docs. You just can't post the link, so you have to do a bit of manual structuring. That's what I wound up doing.

Looks like this is the only cruise date that no one wants to claim. Who is traveling on this cruise and let's see how many want to get in on the fun! I know it is right after Thanksgiving and the holiday shuffle is in force. This makes for some great fun and even FE ideas can even blossom.

I'll start the chatter. This is our second cruise on DCL and the Dream. We are just two Disney addicts with no children but can definitely make up fun as we go. Since this is our 2nd cruise; we have invited some friends who are also Disney fanatics too, to join in the sun and fun. Our usually playground is WDW Theme Parks, but have decided to spread our wings this year. Time to soak up some much needed RR and enjoy a hammock on Castaway Cay's Serenity Beach.

Whether you are a family or a couple; come on and join the party on this thread. Tell us about yourself and let's get an idea who is joining us.

Only if someone steps up and says "I'll maintain the Fish Extender list". It doesn't appear that anyone has done that. Posts #12 & #16 & #19 here all have information about how to set a group up.

You just need to keep track of those who say they want to participate. You (along with the group) will decide what information you need on the list. Having a cut off date is a good idea (gives time to the participants to get their gifts together), and then you must make sure you've made the list available to all participants.

Yes, one of the various topics that get discussed on a cruise meet thread is the Fish Extender group. However, there are people who are uncomfortable about posting sensitive information (ages, names of kids, etc) on a public forum. It's often a better venue to start a conversation with all who want to participate.

A NOTE: for people to be able to participate in a conversation they must have at least 10 posts here on DISboards. So it's important, if your group opts to do the private conversation route, that everyone gets their 10 posts in. For anyone needing to up their post count, we have a test board, that you can post on a random thread there:

What will happen is someone here will say "I want to participate". You (as the organizer) can start a conversation with them by clicking on either their avatar or username and then clicking "Start a conversation" in the next window. You have have up to 20 participants in a conversation, so when some one says they want to join, you can invite them into the already existing conversation by scrolling down (while in the conversation) to the lower right and click on "Invite more" in the "Conversation participants" window.

Then, you can post whatever you want there and it's only visible to those participating in the FE group.
