Hey there! Welcome to the cruise!!!

There is a page on this board somewhere -- that explains all about Fish Extenders, I don't know how to link but if you search you'll surely find it.

Cliff Notes version -- you join a group of people (anywhere from 5 cabins up -- each group sets it's limit) and you do a "gift exchange". It's called fish extender because outside each stateroom is a "Fish" -- you hang pockets from the fish to receive gifts. Up to you what gifts you give -- (ie. each person in cabin, one cabin gift, etc).

Since ours is so close to the Holidays, we're also doing an ornament exchange -- we have groups that include both the FE and Ornament exchange, or just one or the other. It can seem overwhelming, but it really is a fun way to add an extra bit of magic to your trip. We just participated in our first one in February (in fact organized it) and it was amazing.

Go onto FB and look for the Disney Dream November 28, 2016 closed group. There is a place to sign up for the FE there. After days of hoping for a response here I was told to go there. Hope this helps!

I would love to know if we can join the group? We have two cabins with a total of 6 people in our group. My DH and 3 DS (12,10,7) and 1DD (5) and myself. This will be our second cruise and I thought this would be a nice addition to our upcoming cruise!!

I also have a 10 year old. It would be nice for him to know someone once we are on board. Is your 10 year old a boy or a girl?

We will be on the cruise and have a 10yo boy I know he'd love to meet someone else!!
