We're a group of friends: myself-Anne, Christina, Robin B., Robyn H., & Samantha staying at the CR 1/21-1/22 and flying back home 1/26. Can't wait!!!

I received a phone call yesterday from Event services that they were able to grant me a stateroom for 5! I called back this morning to get the 5 person added! Wahoo!

I did ask about when we would know what stateroom we would have and the CM I spoke with indicated that we won't be receiving a call from DCL with our stateroom number etc until the end of Nov to beginning of Dec.

Well, the last person to book in our agency has already been contacted-the owner booked the first day and I booked the second that it opened for agents and still nothing for us. Oh well, if we don't get a cabin-she'll just have to leave her husband at home and we'll all share!!

That is because it is booked as group space and you can't pull those up online

Sorry I haven't been around - was sick and then out of town for a WLCN event.

All five who registered from our agency have been confirmed.

My plan:
Arr: 1/18 for Christening Event - not sure where we are staying, but it is part of the event.
1/21 - BCV
1/22 - DH, DD13, DS10 and DS8 arrive. CR
1/26 - depart

Still no phone call.... Just finished the 2012 announcement. Thinking about booking the maiden voyage-or do you think we'll be lucky enough to get the 2012 conference on the Fantasy as well???

I had to call event services today as one of my friends can no longer go (her husband is not as nice as mine is) and I asked when to expect the call from DCL and she said they are only a quarter of the way through confirmations-so, since I made the change today-I have a new time stamp and will probably get pushed even further to the back! The agent from our office that is confirmed said that even though her confirmation says cat. 11-she will be upgraded...She said she got the phone call then an email with a confirmation number-hth someone...

"As you may know, the 2011 Disney's EarMarked Conference sold out in record time. We have reserved enough verandah staterooms onboard the Disney Dream™ for all registered conference delegates, and have started contacting delegates to finalize stateroom reservations.

Rest assured, we have your registration confirmed, and a Disney Cruise Line® Cast Member will contact you soon regarding your stateroom.

We look forward to seeing you at the conference!"

Also got that email and right after that got the phone call. YEAH!!!!

The other agent in our office, Ryan, also got the email and the phone call.

Sounds like everyone attending the EarMarked conference will be getting the 8:30pm dining????? Unless someone else got a different dining time. I also got the 7pm show.

Anyone on Southwest? I was able to rebook and save $95!! Still haven't received my DCL confirmation-but do have a good flight!

Sorry to hear you are still waiting-but glad to know I'm not alone at this point if they call-I would jump up and down if they told me I was booked in a storage closet
