I hope you all get the call soon. I actually got the call yesterday, but I was already gone for the day! So I had to call back this am. I will cross my fingers for all of you to get what you want too! This is gonna be great!

Sorry, I was there last year but I'm from Twinsburg Ohio, Cleveland suburb, and I was not with a Beverly.

They started calling from the cruise line yesterday with the confirmation numbers and dining/show times. A stateroom number was not provided to the agency owner. They are calling in order of registration, the date and time is included on your confirmation form when you registered and also on the second confirmation you may have already received that has the confirmation number ('s) for the pre and post-conference resort stay.

I registered on 9/21 @ 9:26. Anyone know when they actually opened registration up to the agents?

Same here. I did call them last week and asked about that. I am definitely in the system and confirmed on the cruise as well as are pre-conference hotel stay but no phone call yet. Like the old Heinz ketchup commercial....an....ti...ci...pa..a..a..tion!

I think I pushed myself to the end of the line when I went back in and added a pre-conference session. My first confirmation was stamped 9:21 and the second one was 14:something-I'm not editing again until I get that cabin number!

Just got an email with our hotel confirmation number and the "ready for booking message" which means-we should be getting a call soon!!

Me too! Me too!! This is what the email said:

Below please find updated information regarding your accommodations for the event. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Please note: If your Disney Dream confirmation number reads "Ready for Booking" the Disney Cruise Line® Representatives have received your conference registration and will be contacting you shortly to confirm your stateroom booking and details for your cruise.

Can't wait for the call!

I am in....me, my DH, and our DD ( 8). Coming in on Saturday and leaving Thursday! No pre conference activities as we are driving in and who knows what time we will get there. Plus Sunday we will drive over to the port extra early!

I also got the same email this morning regarding our hotel stay and the "ready for booking" message for the cruise. YEAH!!!!!! I would think we should be receiving our phone calls soon.

We must have all gotten e-mailed to us the confirmations. This is the second one that they sent me looking exactly alike.

I have heard that many on the wait list should get on because some agencies were able to book 25 staterooms but that Disney is now limiting that to 5 per agency. This information I received from two different CM's in the Events Department. We will see if they really do limit it.

1/20 to 1/26 CR (no breakout or specail events)

Sister Karen and dear friend Anthony going with me.

From what I am told everyone is being defaulted to a category 11C on the on-line reservation. I had hoped that would change closer to the cruise but was just recently told it will be like the TA space available reservations and you won't know your stateroom until you get to the port. You know how it goes with Disney though, every day a different story so let's hope that's the case with the stateroom assignments too.

I also hope that all who are wait listed get the call.

We've already got about 20 families that want to participate in a Fish Extender Exchange. But, since it's on the Dream, the question remains...WILL THERE BE A FISH OUTSIDE OUR STATEROOM DOORS? So, if someone from this thread would kindly let us know after your cruise, we would all really appreciate it!!! TIA!!

This is great news Cheryl! I believe our agency was promised 5 staterooms but only 2 of us were able to register (or at least that is what I think happen) I do know that 2 of our agents are on the waitlist!
