Done! Actually a few days ago--absentee. Hopefully that is the last time we have to do that.
How is everyone? Getting excited as we are here at our house. We still have so much to get through before going on this cruise that it is hard to imagine that it will ever happen, but we're excited nonetheless. We are headed home to Louisiana for Christmas (via Gatlinburg, TN for a few days of skiing), but I wish we were headed to MMVCP...
We've had a bit of excitement here too. My doggie, Moose, seems to have reacted terribly to his flea/tick meds. We recently switched to Advantix and we soooo regret it. His hind end seems to be paralyzed after laying down for a long while. The doc seems to think he will get better, it just has to leave his system (we have to bathe him 2x/week)...
....and I also took my son, Alex, to the doc on Friday. He is very fair skinned and has moles on his body. Well, one looks a little suspicious, so he referred us to a dermatologist. They were booked here on base, so I will take him out in town as soon as the referral goes through.
I am helping to plan my daughter, Emily's Sr trip (chaperoned, and fundraised) to Orlando/Cocoa Beach. Anybody have any ideas for us? She and I are part of the "activities" committee. I think they will want to do Universal in Orlando, rather than Disney. Suits me fine since we'll be going there on our family trip just a week or two later.

So, 3 days in Orlando and 3 days in Cocoa Beach. They are trying to do a fishing trip for the boys at Cocoa Beach while the girls go for a spa day. Then they want just a beach/sleep in day, too. so Cocoa should be pretty easy. Orlando will be tricky though. I thought of Universal and Wet N Wild, and Seaworld.
Sorry for the rambling, but I haven't been on here but just a couple of times and I really want to get back into it so as to get to know y'all a little better.
