Welcome all. Just got back from a 5 night cruise on the Disney Dream. We had a great time and rebooked while on board.

Starting this thread to see who else may be on our trip.

We will be sailing on the Dream July 4th also
There is myself and DH and DS 11 DS 9 and DD 6 (at time of cruise).

We did our first ever Disney Curise on the Dream for Spring Break and had an amazing time!

I was happy to get on here and find that a thread has been started! Chatting with fellow cruisers helps pass the time.....

Glad to hear you had a wonderful time on the Dream and are ready to do it again. We just returned from a week of WDW. The July 4th fireworks were amazing!

Can't wait to get to know everyone that will be joining this thread

Add me! This will be our first Disney cruise (I've cruised Carnival 2x before MANY years ago!)

Cast will be me, dd (18) and dd (12). This will be a graduation gift for dd who will be going to Ole Miss in the Fall of 2012.

dh will be staying at home - he's not a cruise guy OR a disney guy

I originally had the cruise booked for November 2011, but the lovely recession has kind of depleted the cashflow....so I am now working my tail off to save for this cruise!


Had to book just an inside cabin to even begin to make this workable.

So since you guys have done DCL before - any excursions worth getting off the boat in Nassau? I've been to Nassau 2x before and I'm not all that impressed honestly. I'd love some expert thoughts.

Hey guys! I'm so excited that we will be on our first cruise July 4th. Can't wait to see what I've been missing. I will be traveling with DH, DD (13), DD (9) and DS (6). The kids are really excited about having a fun time and DH and I are excited about relaxing. Any tips for the newbies?

We booked this trip while we were onboard the Wonder in November! It'll be my husband and my 3rd Disney Cruise as we went on the Dream last April. Our kids (19 & 11) loved the Mexican Rivera Wonder Cruise so much that they wanted to see Castaway Cay.

This will be our 2nd DCL cruise. It will be myself, DH, DS (12) and DD (10 going on 21...). The kids were 6 & 4 last time we went. Can't wait!

My boyfriend and I will be celebrating our anniversary on the boat. First time Disney Cruise for the both of us!

By the way, I don't know if anyone noticed, but tomorrow marks the 5 month/150 day mark in the cruise countdown. SUPER EXCITED!!

I can't wait for Castaway Cay either, and since everything is going to be a first I'm just excited about the whole trip...the ship, the shows, relaxing with DH while DD, DD & DS goes to kids clubs, everything.
