What bracelets?

I had lime green silicone bracelets made up for my last cruise, embossed with the phrase "Cruising with the DISers". I'll bring them with me and whoever wants one can have one. I have adult, kid and itty-bitty kid sizes.

I've got to start packing tonight!

I'm planning to be at the terminal when it opens, and my husband and I will be wearing black and blue Tron shirts. I'm going to try to sit in the first couch area (closest to the Mickey door to the ship), so people can find me for bracelets!

We hope to be there early as well, hopefully I am not still packing Friday morning. See you then!

Room number 7016. Anyone interested can stop by at 3:00pm. The 3:00 time is based on us leaving at 4:30. This will give us plenty of time to stuff the bags (they will be ready and waiting by that time) and drop them off at GS. We are hoping that it will take no more than 1/2 hour as we all have plenty of ship to explore.

Ok...we are now packed...just gathering our electronics, cameras, chargers, etc....getting all the paperwork in order.

Being optimistic....I think we will just purchase our sunscreen in Florida instead of lugging it. It was tough packing.....packed more long sleeve stuff than normal....hope it is not too chilly!!!

Weather is crazy....right now we are in the middle of an ice storm...hopefully Thursday will be Ok when we fly down to Florida.

Two more days of work (which will be crazy) and then we are off!!

We are for the most part packed... Just need to do the few last minute things... I usually don't over pack for cruises, but this time I packed for different temps, as I have no idea what to expect.

Friday FL is showing 30% chance of rain during the day and 60% at night... I'm hoping that it doesn't ruin the Sail Away Party, as I will be sailing with many people that have never cruised before, and the Sail Away Party is my favorite part of the entire cruise, and I'm hoping they can experience the entire thing!!

Only three more working days for me!!

We are almost packed as well, but it's ridiculous the amount of clothes we are bringing! I think we are bringing as many pieces of luggage as for a 7 night cruise LOL

I keep praying that the skies will clear up for us. Port Canaveral has a 73/49 for Friday with 40% chance of rain. For Saturday, Freeport has 72/56 with 50% chance of rain and Nassau has 78/62 with 40% chance of rain. I think Castaway Cay is between those two locations. I know the captain will try to find us clear skies, but you can only diverge so much from the route.

Can one check in right at 12:30pm and get on the ship right away? I don't know why we've always had to wait to get on before.

My local FL news said there is a 30% chance of rain on friday between 4am-9am. I'm hoping this is true as it will not interfere with us

As for the checking in at 12:30 and getting right on, it's not really known until you arrive, as depending on how many people will be at the port when it opens to check in... We plan on leaving our house at 8:00am and getting to the port between 9:30-10:00 depending on the traffic

We still need to pack. I have my dresses laid out for the evenings and some comfy clothes for walking around the ship in the evenings before bedtime but that's about it. I still need to figure out what I'm wearing to the port on Friday and also Saturday during the day besides my bathing suit. So I guess I'm halfway there. I also still need to pack cameras and toiletries. Maybe I will finish up tonight.

We plan on leaving at 8:30. DH hates waiting in the terminal. He wanted to leave at 9 and grandson and I said, "NO WAY!" Need to get our green wristbands. Only 2 more sleeps! The Christening ceremony was great - really enjoyed Jennifer. What a neat story about her "dreams" coming true. With all the great gifts the media has received I wonder what neat things Disney is doing for the Boys & Girls from the Orlando Clubs. Don't you know those kids must be so excited to get to do this cruise. Hope we get to see them as a group. My grandson is beyond excited and he has been on cruises before. See you in room #7016 at 3 p.m. Again thanks to the disers on our thread who kept the lists, made the bags, and the magnet design. Safe travels everyone!

Picking my son up at MCO around 10:00 tonight, staying somewhere near the airport and will be at the port fairly early.

Do you think the Aquaduck will be open while we are in port?
