Can you update this chart? You did an excellent job building this chart but I noticed some people who are on the list are not included in this chart. I like knowing where the rooms are. Thanks for putting this together. Only 15 more days.

Sure, I'd be happy to update the chart. Can we compare lists? Just to verify, I've only included the name of people who have stated they would like to participae in FE. Those who did not want to participae or showed no interest in the FE are not included in this chart. There is a seperate group making gifts for the Boys and Girls club. That group in being coordinated by PaintedRedRoses. Let me know who I forgot from the FE participants and I will update. Thanks!!

Boarding usually starts around noon so that would make sense. I sure hope we got some sort of documentation in the mail....I know to bring the online docs but hope for the luggage tags in the mail.

Funny, yesterday we received a welcome packet for our June 30, 2012 cruise on the Fantasy but they sent the wrong itinerary info....cruise is supposed to be an Eastern cruise but we got the Western info. Our son who is also going on the cruise got two packets...one for the Eastern and one for the Western for the same cruise date!!

Thought these next two weeks would be calm at work (office job) but of course things are getting busy and hope I can get it all done before we go!!!

I was looking at the list of people that LWQuestie had (post #128). If some of them are not participating than your chart is good. I have not participated in a FE before and am looking forward to it. Besides my niece and nephew (who are 5 and 8) do we know any other ages for the children? Thanks again for doing the chart.

My list is just of the people traveling, not the folks on the FE.

Ok, great. I was a little nervous there for a second. I just did a quick look through all of the posts in this thread and no other cruisers have given the ages of their children. FE's are so much fun! I haven't even started my gift yet!!!!:scared1:

Is that run through Event Planning also or is that DCL?

THANKS!!! No the MV is through DCL (well my TA) but not handled by event services and yes, we did get our docs for the MV with the luggage tags....but, we did not get the docs or luggage tags for the Jan 30th cruise (B2B) which I am surprised because the MV docs came at least 10 days ago.

I didn't know you are on the June 30th Fantasy cruise:goodvibes This is the second leg of our B2B for our honeymoon:love: I have gotten three information packets for my cruises in 2012 one for eastern and two for western, except the western on with the information on the ports is wrong because we are going to costa maya and not key west.
 
Do either of those hotels have a shuttle?

The Radisson does offer parking and shuttle service. Not sure if they are any additional cost. We prefer parking at the port and not having to wait for a shuttle when leaving.
 
Got ME stuff for the day before since we're flying in Thursday and staying at Pop overnight. Still waiting on travel docs, also on updated confirmation since they spelled my mom's name wrong.

Anyone else?? Hoping we get something! I love getting the docs in the mail before my cruise lets me get really excited and know the cruise is closer!

No docs for me in FL - I could just pop over to the DCL offices and ask for mine. I mean... it is only like 15 miles... :lmao:

10 days!!! It is going to be a pretty big mess if none of us get bag tags??? Plus there have been no details on dress code. If they still want us to dress for dinner both nights they should really let us know!

sure would like to get a little more info but as others have said I will do whatever they want to get on board. I will make luggage tags for everyone if they want me to :goodvibes

Yes, Radisson does have a comp shuttle.....Marriott Residence Inn and Country Inn & Suites also have shuttles to the port. I believe the MRI has $4 pp charge for their shuttle but we always have a rental car so we never bothered with the shuttle. I do love the MRI though.

Oh....and no docs here in NY yet either!!
