Hi everyone, I haven't posted on here for ages. I can't believe it's less than 6 months now!!

We don't have kids but want to do the FE too. In fact I have already started making the adult FE gift's even though I don't know how many I need to make.

Maybe if we get a list together of how many taking part on each deck, then if it's too many we can narrow it down to doing gifts for 1 or 2 decks depending on how many sign up? Not sure how this would work though with the group of people doing the lanyards? I've confused myself.

I love that idea too! We're celebrating our 33rd aniversary on Jan 1st and DH's 60th birthday on April 4th! Think we'll tell everyone for this year, forget the presents and give us $$ for the cruise

On the Fish Extenders, is there anyway for us to figure out who is "playing" and who isn't? Of the 140 DISers we know of, how many are doing FE? We just can't afford to do that many gifts, we were planning on 60 - but if we find out that there's only say 30 doing FE than we can do more for each.

Maybe we could add to the roster a section to check if we plan to participate in FE?

I know I would appreciate a list. This is our first FE and I'm totally overwhelmed! I'm not sure how many gifts to get. How many for kids? How many for adults? A list of who is participating would help!

Hi from the lanyard group. The lanyards (and the lanyard list) are independent of the FE activity. I will be giving out the name badges and the lanyards at the pre-cruise BBQ, in the terminal before boarding and at the dis-meet onboard. Hopefully, everyone will find me at one of those activities.

My location usually gets around - if fact, people who aren't part of the group ask for lanyards and name badges.

Good Morning Cruisers!

Ref FE gifts - some folks (like us) do something small and give to everyone on the roster, some folks get really elaborate and just give to select folks they may know, some folks do not give anything - that's OK too. SO everyone can have a fish extender, and those giving gifts can decide what they have the time and energy and funds (and suitcase space) for.

We have been DVC members since 2006 and have used our points for staying at DVC properties, Staying in the Fort Wilderness cabins and cruising. We hope to trade our points out next year for Belize!
