When I surprised my DDs with a DCL trip we took scrabble tiles that spelled out Disney Cruise Line and buried it in a big jar of sand and made them work for it and they had to figure out what it spelled out! Also included was sunglasses, beach towel, new swim suit, etc. It was too funny watching them trying to figure out what it spelled and then one of them got really excited and started putting the letters together quickly while our other DD kept saying "what are you spelling". Sand was everywhere but it was worth it!We are getting so excited! I can not wait to tell our 15 year old daughter about this cruise (we are telling her on Christmas morning)Yep we are some pretty cool parents (so we like to believe)
I am looking for some creative ideas for ways to tell her? We have in the past for a birthday trip created the beginnings of a scrapbook for her to open as a gift... and I thought about doing that, but I wanted to be a little more creative and not do the same thing over again.... any great ideas would be appriecated![]()
