Disney Dream - August 8, 2016!

Just saw your message and thought I would reply. The more the merrier! Always happy to have new participants and fellow Disney fans! If you read through the thread you can see that I am keeping track of a list and each time we accumulate 10 families or so I will create a new grouping. Right now I am still in need of some information from families so I won't break off the groups just yet in case a family no longer wishes to participate (which is totally fine!)

If that sounds Ok with you then I will just need cabin information, first names and ages for any children who would like to participate and which character is their favorite. By all means, adults are most welcome to participate, too!

SO happy to have you on board with us! This thread is for everyone who is cruising on the Dream August 8 - 12 and I know my family is VERY excited. We are counting down the days and watch the Port Canaveral webcam all the time to see the ships sail out. So, please use this thread to ask questions, comment on your favorite Disney things and tell us all about your family!

WooHoo! Hi guys! So happy to have you on board with us...and our fish extender game ! You are going to have the vacation of a lifetime on this cruise! If you have read through the thread above you will see that I have volunteered to facilitate the game and add details and such, but this thread is all about our love for Disney! So, feel free to add your thoughts, questions, things you are most looking forward to on the cruise...and hopefully our other Disney Dream friends will add their thoughts, too! I try to update the list about every week or two so people don't get confused and I think I will update it again this weekend. And we are about ready to break the groups off again, so I will do that, too.

I am so excited for you. I can't believe we are just about 100 days away from the cruise. That is the time I start to get really excited! I am sure you have read through the thread above so you know that I am compiling the information for each family but please add your thoughts, questions, comments...well, anything you want to this thread! I think it is so much fun when the families interact! I will update the list once again at the end of this week so I can add more families and then break the groups off (we try to keep each activity to about 10 families to make it easier on everyone). I will then re-send the list out.

I bet your daughter is so excited, too! I will be back in touch soon!

Hey Kara! Awesome! So glad that you found us! You can absolutely join the fish extender game.
If you read through the threads above then you sort of know how this works and what information is needed to make the game a little easier and a LOT more fun! And I see that Sandi, your sister, and family would like to join too! That is terrific. If you can add ages for the kids (and you guys only if you want!) and maybe what/who their favorite character is, that would be helpful.

We are just about 100 days away which is so exciting! Sailing on the Dream really is a dream!

I am hoping to get some additional information from some families who initially signed up (like cabin information because that is essential) and then I will break up the groups shortly. So, I will be back in touch through this thread shortly!

I am just checking in to make sure everyone saw our fist extender families in the thread just above! I still need some information from many families so I can fill in the blanks and tidy up our list. We have some time yet but I just wanted to make sure everyone saw it and is still on board!

If you are like me, you are counting down the days! So, as we get closer let's share some of our favorite things to do on a Disney cruise! The Dream is such an amazing ship...what are your favorite things to do? Which restaurant is your favorite? Which classes have you taken? And, what about Castaway Cay! Isn't it paradise? What do you like best about the island?

We know that Disney knows how to do things right...so share what you love about a Disney cruise or what are you most looking forward to doing!

For those with missing information, just reply to the post with the details and I will keep adding them to the list. You will find all updates right here on our page!

I did receive the messages. Thank you SO much. I apologize, I was on vacation for a few days and am just now getting back on the computer. You have given me just the information that I need and I am so excited that our cruise is now under 100 days away -- now is when we can really start to plan and think about how much fun we will have with our families on board. And it sounds like you guys are going to have a GREAT time on the Dream!

Let me catch up on any additional messages and I promise to send a NEW list in a day or so. We have so many cruisin' families that I will divide the groups into about 10 or 11 families which will make it much easier to manage.

Just a suggestion...when we went last time, the organizer ended up putting us in groups of 7- 8, which worked out very well. If we are up this high, we may want to consider three groups? It moight allow for more people to join down the road and not having to split again?
