We have officially started DISigning our gifts. DD is awesome at helping. if you see any DISigns out there with our dates it is probably my DISign for you so DON'T GO SNOOPING!!

I finished my adult/teen FE gifts this morning! I really like how they came out! Have not 100% decided on my kiddo gifts yet, but it's nice to have a big box of adult ones ready to label once we have the list ready. : - ) I hope I made enough....I just kept creating until i ran out of stuff, lol!

I understand! My oldest baby just graduated 8th grade today, too. I can't believe I have a soon- to- be- high schooler! Time flies. It was a nice graduation/recognition ceremony. She got a really great award! Kinda makes up for her crappy previous week.
76 days!!!!! I am ready for rest, relaxation, sun, swimming, the aquaduck, drinks of the day and no phones/work/cleaning/cooking...etc.

Congrats to her, I'm glad that she received a wonderful award, and it made up a little bit for last week! I can't wait for some sun, and relaxing time!

Congrats to the 8th grade graduate Tonight was our annual 8th grade variety show - it's always so much fun to see the kids I had as 5th or 6th graders all grown up (sort of).

I'm so excited that the FE has grown and expanded, too! I love the size it is right now - smaller than our honeymoon cruise but big enough to feel like a fun project.

I have been wanting one fiercely for a while now...and here it is! The friend is visiting in June..can't wait for delivery! Love it.

I got to some serious work on my main FE contribution... I really hope everyone will like them as much as I've enjoyed working on them.

I can't wait to read the navigators!!! I told my DH last night that the first DD cruise was in progress now and he said ".......AND" then laughed at me. He thinks I am crazy wanting to see everything ahead of time. Needless to say I am the planner. He loves DCL, but laughs at me for studying everything.

I just realized this weekend just how close the cruise is. I tried to do some research on possible Nassau excursions and FE gifts and making my FE. AAGG! We booked a year ago, but now it finally seems close. Maybe too close to get everything done.

I'm really looking forward to this cruise. We did a 4 day Dream in March and it was fantastic. I also did the DD last summer on the Wonder! Now it will be the best of both worlds!

Just returned last night from my three days away with the 7th graders...what an experience! (I say that every year...) It was a nice break from the usual routine, but I'm glad to be home and away from all those adolescents for a bit. You know they're getting homesick, too, when you come by to tell them it's lights out at the hotel and they respond "I love you!" after you tell them good night (I have some great students that I connect with pretty well, but that's a new one for me!)

Two months and counting...WHOO! We stopped by a Six Flags on our way back from the trip and I caught the Pirate of the Caribbean theme playing in the park. On top of noting the fact that this place was clearly NOT Disney World, I found myself wishing it were pirate night already...

Our nice weather today is making me hope for two pretty days at Castaway Cay this summer! I love that it's never too hot there.

Well, I have decided not to participate in the FE this trip, as I don't know how I could manage to bring anything extra. I'm already a bit nervous about packing for a week at Disney World, plus the cruise, and then another night afterwards. Makes me wonder what I was thinking! Probably one of those adventures that sounded good while I was putting it together. Guess I'll just be doing some laundry somewhere along the way.

I am hoping the transfer bus from Disney World will get there in time for me to meet you all at the gathering, though. Have fun getting ready!

And, oh Mackie, trips to NYC with high school kids help me to totally understand the relief of getting the kiddos all back home safely!
