Anybody else get theirs too? :yay:
You deserve a prize for not checking all day! LOL :)

I'm glad you got yours!

Am I seriously the only one? Cmon - someone needs to still hang out with me in refresh mode! :rotfl2:

Heather

We got our room back! Yay!! :yay: I know some of you might think we are crazy for declining an "upgrade", but going from a family stateroom (8C) to a smaller stateroom with a veranda (5C), just isn't considered an upgrade to us. Would much rather have the larger room! Plus, my oldest granddaughter was really looking forwarded to the big round window with the window seat! :dance3:
(Sorry Snick, I know you don't feel the same; per below quote. I know that you will enjoy your veranda room!)

I think you're right about the rooms that sleep 5. I think that is why we were offered the upgrade. That and the fact that our room was in the lower price range for one that sleeps 5.

We were only offered an upgrade once before on a cruise...and I didn't want it then either, but didn't know that I could decline. (It was a different cruiseline, so maybe I might not of even had that option. ?) Anyway, that time they moved us veritically to a higher deck, same type room, but more to the end of the ship than the center. (Usually, I prefer mid-center of the ship.)

Well, here's hoping that those of you who are still waiting for a room assignment get it soon...and it's one that you are happy with. :flower3:

But, then again, how can you go wrong. Just being on this cruise is enough reason to be happy! :cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

Looking forward to seeing you all soon! :wave2: :grouphug:
I'm so glad you worked things out!! WOOHOO :cool1:

Heather

Tripster, glad you got back to the room you wanted!:thumbsup2

Heather, hang in there, it's got to be soon! They must go by category, so they just did the VGTs, OGT has to be next! pixiedust:

Thanks Heather and Samily! Got to love Disney! No problem with getting it back. :thumbsup2

Heather, I'm sure we all have our fingers crossed for you! It's got to be nerve-wracking! Hope you hear soon!! :goodvibes

~ Karen

I'm happy that everyone is getting assignments and re-assignments back to their original placements, etc! Hopefully Heather won't be going to bed another night without a room -- but if so, I just KNOW you'll hear tomorrow!! You HAVE to! :thumbsup2

One week from tomorrow!!!!:cheer2:

Kristin

There are only 16 cabins left in CAT 4A and 4B, and 1 in concierge.

Good luck~!~!

Snick :)

Excuse the ignorance ~ can you share or explain where you are seeing how many are left? In the past I've gone to AAA's website and have seen cabin numbers that are available for booking but it takes awhile.

Clearly I need something better to do with my time ~ :rotfl2: just kidding I'd really like to learn this.

Thanks
Heather

Hi Heather, I logged on to the cruise site and pretended to book a new cruise with our dates. I click on "choose stateroom". All that is left are 4A's and 4B's and 1 concierge. Three weeks ago, I counted 45 cabins plus 3 concierge.

Just for fun, I'll keep checking!! LOL.

Best,
Snick

Got ours too! Cat 7A, with Navigator's Verandah. I can't find where this stands in terms of upgrade or relative to other verandah cabins. It looks like it's fun from the pictures, almost near the back of the boat.

Can anyone advise, when we can checkin online - is it midnight on the day of the cruise? Also when can we check in children, it is possible to book them in the children's clubs before we get on board?

Thank you.:cool1:

I may be wrong, and Im not taking kids, but I think you can do it all ahead of time online.
I have already checked in and printed out and signed all my paperwork.:thumbsup2

I am so glad everyone is now getting their rooms...I would have been beside myself with worry.
I am like tripster, I want the room I picked...Its pretty close to the middle of the ship both ways....from top to bottom and from front to back...which means less rocking and I am all for less rocking...:crazy2:
As it is I will be taking Bonine every night before I go to bed...Good thing I love coffee to counteract the drowsiness.;)

Looks like its going to be a nice day here:goodvibes...Hope it is nice where you all live!pixiedust:

Yes, you can sign kids up online...then when you get to the port, you go to the kids club line to get the bracelet thing. Or you can wait til you board to get it.

Checking in later like this, you May get a later port arrival time...I'm not sure what's left.

...and I need to say that I'm not sure if it's the same for the older kids clubs. I just know about the OC/OL.

Where in the check-in process does this come up, or is it something separate I need to look for? :confused3 Thanks!

Kim, you won't need to check Kelly in. She will just go to the club and they will have her name on the list as being onboard and she will be allowed into the club. At least that is the way it used to be done.

Just make sure that she goes on the first night of the cruise. That is when everyone meets and I've heard it is much easier for them to make friends if they start from the beginning.

Does anyone know what the ages are for the tween club and the teen club? There was never a distinction when my kids were that age.

EDITED TO ADD: Never mind I found out the ages myself.

Here's a tip for anyone who might care to know.

If you are interested in seeing the kids clubs or the tween/teen clubs make sure that you stop in there on the afternoon that we board and have a look around.

After that you won't be welcome in the tween/teen clubs since they are "adult-free" zones.
