I told my DH that we should be getting it at 3:00 today, so now that it's past 3, he's busting my chops and texting me every 2 minutes asking if we got it yet. He thinks he's being funny. :rolleyes:

This is so nerve wracking!! Lol I know it wouldn't do any good - but has anyone broken down and called DCL? So odd that several of us are still waiting and I'm not sure that's good or bad at this point? :confused3

So, I'm on the phone with them now (she has me on hold to check on our early dining request) and she said for the GT rates we will know up to 7 days out so that means - NLT than sometime on Wednesday since that will be our magical 7 days. She was awesome and laughed with me about the anticipation.

Ok, so really only 2 more days of this - we can do this, we can do this, we can do this!!! :rotfl:

My online reservation currently says "8" more days before we set sail (even though I say 9), so maybe TOMORROW will be the lucky day because then according to DCL, that'll be 7 days! Hoping.

I'm not checking anymore tonight! :sad:

WOW! I just caught up on all the posts from today! I feel so anxious with you guys that are waiting for your cabin #'s! I will be jumping up and down with excitement when they finally come through! Sending pixie dust that it is tomorrow!;)pixiedust:;)
 
You guys should probably be hearing something soon. I came home to a voicemail message today telling me that we had been upgraded. We don't want the room they upgraded us to. They moved us from our Deluxe Oceanview Family Stateroom to a Oceanview Stateroom with Veranda. We REALLY want the "Family Stateroom" and I had specified when I booked that we did not want to be upgraded or moved unless it was to an Oceanview "Family Stateroom" with Veranda. Even then, my oldest granddaughter still wants the room we booked...with the large round window with seat! LOL (I booked well in advance, just so that I could CHOOSE the room that I wanted and where I wanted it.) They are supposed to call me back tomorrow around 4 pm, as the "higher-up" had already left for the day. I think they are starting to offer upgrades and move people around so that they go ahead and give those that are waiting their stateroom assignments. I think once the upgrades/changes are made, they will go ahead and give you your room number! Good luck!! princess:

Interesting!! I'm sorry to hear you were upgraded since you didn't want to be. We also had our June cruise marked from the get go that we did not want to be upgraded or changed since we specifically chose our extended aft verandah. If by chance we get the ocean view category you want and you can't change back (I'm hoping they will make it happen for you!;) ) I'll trade you as we'd love to get bumped up to a verandah! :cool1:

No one called me but I just checked my room number and we've been upgraded from an 8C to a 5C. We were originally booked in a 10 something and then I decided to pay for an upgrade to the 8C. I just checked now and we are in room 7050, which is a veranda 5C, just down the hall.

I'm a wee bit nervous with my kidlets, but I'll lay down the law about the veranda door!!! LOL

I'd heard that the rooms that can sleep 5 can get bumped up as they can fit more in that room. We are a group of 3. I didn't know that until after I upgraded.

Gosh, we went from an inside to a 5C for about 280 bucks, pre-cruise. Now that's what I'm talking about!!!

They almost never upgrade us. You'd think they would upgrade us Platinum members every now and again :confused3

In soon to be 14 cruises with them we have only had 1 upgrade and that was on our very first cruise. Doesn't seem fair somehow.

This is our first Disney cruise ... Maybe we'll get a nice suite! Wishful thinking!!!

You're right, that's not fair! I'd love to know how their whole process works. Maybe you'll get lucky this time around!

Any kind of pixie dust will be welcome, but at this point I just want a room assignment!
 
No upgrade here. Maybe because of the adjoining rooms it's harder to do that and keep us together. :confused3 I'm good with what we have tho. :goodvibes
