DISNEY DREAM 5-nights May 29th, 2011

Right now the best rate is $145 each way, but I know SW will have a sale and then I will book. We are flying in the Thursday before too visit Harry Potter Island and Universal....SW has never failed me before...

Waiting for $79-$99 prices....:cool1:

I have too many other trips too get behind me first anyway.....

Hi- what airline did you book?? I have to see if JetBlue is booking that far out... Also, where are you flying out of? Boston or Manchester NH?

Jet Blue - they were supposed to open the dates up on Monday (yesterday) but we checked on Sun and there they were. We are flying out of Boston.
We grabbed the noon flight for our trip home on the Friday.

Sorry but we have decided to tranfer to the June 2nd 2012 Fanasty Cruise. It is two more days and gives me another year to pay it off. I hope its ok if I pop back in and see how you are all doing.

We will miss ya.....:sad1: I understand...

We were all talking about airfare, but ya know I am also thinking it would not be a bad drive since DD will be done with school and we could do it in two days...Would save me airfare and renting a car....We plan too come down early and we could take our time and see everything we want too see...Then when we get off the ship Friday we could start heading home.....:rolleyes1 I might have too consider this if DH would not care that DD and I set out driving alone...I just bought a new Ford Focus..I calculated the miles and gas and it said around $80 one way...:thumbsup2 that would be awesome....

I e-mailed my Best friend who is going and told her my idea..I think she is flying.... We have never driven, but it is different if I don't have too worry about school or getting back in a hurry...

We just got home from WDW on Saturday..had a ball at MNSSHP...My daughter was Alice from the "Tim Burton" version and her dress turned out great..She was a hit. We could not walk anywhere without cast members or guest asking who made the dress or where we got it. My Friends daughter made it and she did a wonderful job.

We will not be joining you guys after all. We moved our cruise to June of 2012 on the Fantasy.

I don't think anyone mentioned it here, but it has been on the main DCL Forum...

There are now 3 showings in the theater on the Dream. And we are assigned show times now. I think for the main dining seating at 6pm, you will be assigned either the 5pm show or 9pm show. For the late dining seating, you will be assigned the 5pm or 7pm show.

It may not matter to most of you, but we had main seating and 9pm show. On our last cruise, the show was too late for my kids (unless they had a nap, which they usually don't have at this age) and so we didn't make it to all of them, so we're glad we had the option for the 5pm show now. Anyway we called our TA and she was able to change it for us. Just an FYI for the rest of you.

-Virginia

We just got back from the Magic Western cruise and had a letter from DCL. Our show time is 7:00PM and dinner is at 8:30.

I wonder how they will control access to the theater if people show up at another time?

Just got notice from AAA informing us about show & dinner time. We are 7 pm show & 8:30 pm dinner also.

We are 7 pm show & 8:30 pm dinner as well.

Now all we have to do is wait till we get onboard & see if any of us are on the same dining rotation. If we have a Meet on the 1st day onboard that is one of the things we can check on with eachother.

We're 7PM show, late dining :-(. Hoping to be able to move it up when we get onboard.
Good news is that my sister and brother-in-law are joining us with their daughter so I'll try to get them on the boards to introduce themselves!:banana:

We are 6pm Dinner and 9pm Show. We're happy with this, because in comparison to our only other cruise, a 7-day on the Magic, our schedule was similar, and it worked out well.

We have the 7pm show also.

Just realized that Pirates of the Caribbean 4 will be opening on 5/20/11. So guess what will be playing while we're onboard! pirate:

(sorry if that was mentioned previously :)
