Disney Dream 4-night cruise Feb 19, 2012

I wanted to check in with everyone and say thankyou for the wonderful Fe gifts we received.. We were overwhelmed... What a great thing to do... We'll be better prepared next time...

Did anyone book a cruise for next year? we did for the Wonder 2/21, I'd like to try a smaller ship.. I was sooo lost for so many days., lol

We booked the Dream again on Feb 17 2013. It was was so nice meeting you guys. I enjoyed our conversations. Jenna is very bright and sweet.

I wished we could have spent more time to get to know each other better.

I think on the next cruise we'll just relax and enjoy the ship. I asked my sister-in-law and her husband to join us.

I would also like to thank everyone for all the lovely FE gifts.

I found that with this being my second time on the Dream I was not so lost this time around. So it does get easier for the next cruise. We have 3 more cruises booked on the Dream. Our next sailing is in June and then next Feb. and June. Yes, I'm hooked!

I have a question for those of you who had a cabin right by the elevators..........how was the noise level while in your room? Would you book a cabin near the elevator again? Our cabin in June will be right next to the elevators and I'm wondering if the noise was a problem while trying to sleep.

Hi everyone-


We had stateroom 8076 right near the midship elevator. We thought the location was great-- not noisy at all! And it was really convenient. I have a terrible sense of direction and I found being near the elevators helpful so I didn't have to leave a trail of breadcrumbs to find my way back home

We are booked on the Fantasy February 23, 2013 for 7 days. Anyone else?

Thanks for asking! We're missing Disney of course! We have planned a surprise trip in August for Jenna, and of course our cruise next February on the Wonder, so sorry we won't be on yours, but we wanted to try something different.

Jenna is already planning our 2014 cruise... She wants her sweet 16 to be on the Fantasy... So October of 2014, columbus week, we should be cruising.

Glad school is over tomorrow, been a crazy year, but she's been on Principal's list all year...

What a good idea to revive this thread! We loved spending time with you all and cannot wait for our cruise in 2013. As a matter of fact I just booked our studio at BLT for our post cruise stay. Rented points and now we are going to stay at this wonderful resort again.

Other than that we are counting down to our summer vacation which will start in just 61 days ....... thankfully! I am ready for another vacation.

Hope everyone is doing fine and cannot wait to meet all of you again on future travels!

Yip, we still go on for 4 more weeks. We get off the second Monday in July and go back the second Monday in September. I cannot wait until we get off - I am done with it.

Jenna is such an incredibly bright girl, I'm not surprised she's on the Principal's list. She is so kind and sweet also. Congrats, I know you must be very proud!

I wish school was completely over...lol...he still has Regents exams next week.

We're doing great! We just off the Dream on Friday from an excellent double dip cruise! The weather was beautiful and NO Rain! Now I can't say the same for our before cruise stay at WDW. We had rain day and night for the entire time we were in the parks. The weather on the cruise made up for it though. We are booked for a 4 night on the Dream Feb. 10, 2013 and we just booked a 7 nighter on the Fantasy for our 20th anniversary in June 2013. We can't wait!

We're doing great! We just off the Dream on Friday from an excellent double dip cruise! The weather was beautiful and NO Rain! Now I can't say the same for our before cruise stay at WDW. We had rain day and night for the entire time we were in the parks. The weather on the cruise made up for it though. We are booked for a 4 night on the Dream Feb. 10, 2013 and we just booked a 7 nighter on the Fantasy for our 20th anniversary in June 2013. We can't wait!

It sounds like you had an amazing vacation, even with the weather being the way it was in WDW.
We will be on the Dream on Feb 17 1013 with Karin & Tom. My SIL & fam will be joining us. we are so excited.
