Disney dollars

Can I use Disney Dollars at the parks? What about the resorts? Let's say, I buy disney dollars in advance of my 9/2004 trip, then while I'm in "heaven," I just charge to my room. At the end, may I pay with my Disney Dollars?

Also, you can buy them with a rewards credit card (I used my Disney Visa) and that way you can get your points (or whatever) in time to use them for your trip. That is what I did for our next trip! I wish I was getting double points...

HaleyB had a great idea. I usually buy Disney Dollars at my Disney Store, and I usually charge them or write a check (I'm not much for carrying cash). I should buy some tonight & charge them, since I bought 2 plane tickets last night & spent $500! Double points!!!
