hi everyone. could anyone tell me about the disney dollars and where they can be purchased ,or if only once you get insde disney? going jan. 27th. cant wait....

I believe that you can get Disney Dollars either through the disney shopping website or at any Disney Story. Have a great trip !!

Got them at the Disney store last week before heading down. The stores sell them in $1's, $5's and $10's. They were perfect for using at the booths and small shops that did not always take the room charge.

I am purchasing them at The Disney Store and saving little by little for my trip in Nov 2007! I'll have plenty of spending money and it wasn't hard to put it away!

I was told you could use them anywhere in disny world as well as the cruise line. Any vendors, restraunts, even to pay your bill. Have fun

I got mine at TDS as well and was told they could be used at most places on-site. We'll find out for certain in 31 days!

You can use Disney Dollars at any Disney-owned venue at WDW, for food, merchandise, or even to pay off your room balance or enable charging priviledged on your key cards.

You can put down Disney Dollars at the begining of your Disney cruise to pre-pay room charges, however, none of the shops aboard or on Castaway Cay accept any form of payment other than room keys.

You can buy Disney Dollars from any Disney Store in the US, or from WDW Mail Order - (407) 363-6200, or from Guest Relations at any of the WDW parks or resorts in the US and Puerto Rico.

Maryland_Mom, what part of Maryland are you in? I'm in Cockeysville, just north of Baltimore. I get my Disney Dollars at the Disney store in White Marsh Mall.
