Disney Dollars $$$ - what can they be used for?

Can you use them at Disney and resort restaurants? Or just for souvenirs in the parks??

Disney dollars can be used almost everywhere in the parks, resorts and most of DD. There are a few carts that I have been told don't take them but I have used them at the soda cart, pop corncart and hair wrap place.

If you are staying on site, you can also turn them in at checkin and use them as a credit for charging priv, on your room key through out the park

I never had anyone tell me I couldn't use them. I know we bought things at many kiosks in all of the parks and never had a problem. I love the Disney Dollars - they are a fun and easy way to save for the magic!

There's never been a place that I couldn't use them.
My sister got a kick out of using "Mickey" dollars for beer at Pleasure Island.

I was turned down once at the egg roll stand in MK, but the next trip, I was able to use them there. Basically, if it's on property, you can use it there. That's how I save for my trip. If you have some leftover at the end of your trip, Guest Services can exchange them for "real" money on your way out.

Disney Dollars are great....whenever we have a trip planned, That is what I tell family to get for both of my DD'S for holidays, birthdays, and anything else day. This way they have their "own" money to spend. They tend to spend more "wisely" when it's their money they are spending.

BTW, I have never been turned down anywhere in the park, I even used them to pay my hotel charge one year!!
