Disney Dollars in DTW?

Are the Disney reward Dollars accepted at the House of Blues or Planet Hollywood? Just checking since I have a bunch and will be there on the 20th of August before the Dining package kicks in.

I know you can use them at PH so I'm sure you can at HoB but not positive for there.
