i called disney to fix the names on my resses, it only had my name on it and only showed one person on it, dh did not show anywhere. disney referred me back to expedia as well.I'm very frustrated because I reserved 2 rooms together-one for us and one for a friend. I was able to call Disney and get the 2 confirmation numbers. I linked our room without a problem to our MDE but I gave our friend their conf number and was walking him through linking everything up and we realized his room has my name on it and 3 more slots for names. I need to take my name off and put his name on it.
I do not recall anywhere on expedia even asking for any names other than the person making the reservation (me).
I have called disney twice and got two different answers. First the lady told me she couldn't touch the ressie but to call back and speak with their UK travel dept and they could help me. When I called back to speak with that dept the first girl I spoke with told me no, I would have to call expedia and fix it with them. I asked her if we could just fix it at check in because we already have our dining ressies made and fast passes and those are not reliant on the room. She said she would not recommend that.
I have emailed expedia twice and still not received a response.
Any advice? I was trying not to cancel the room and rebook because I wanted the 2 rooms made together because I am requesting connecting rooms.

when did you send off your email? i sent my email off on the 16th, they responded on the 17th saying that they sent a email to the hotel to fix it. today, the 21st, i received an email back from expedia that it was all fixed. i actually knew this already as i called to get the confirmation number and verified the change at that point.
what email did you use, do you know? it was hard to find on their web site. try travel@support.expedia.co.uk thats where i have been getting my responses from. don't forget to include your intenerary number.
