Disney Dinning Plan and refillable drinks

I have a question concerning what is allowed in the Dining plan. This is slightly confusing so I will put into sections.

Point A: some restaurants offer free refills on drinks ex. ice tea, water, soda. You pay for the drink and get refills when you want.

Point B: I read on the Disney website for a person on the plan they can get "1 single-serving, non-alcoholic beverage"

Question: does this mean that on the plan I can not get the refillable Ice tea/soda?
