Disney Dining Reservations?!?

What's going on with Disney Dining Reservations? My own experience this week leaves me with an impression that standards could be slipping. I called 3 times in the same night for the same thing - an Ohana breakfast. The first CM told me there was no breakfast at Ohana. I politely thanked her and called back. The second CM told me the same thing. I told her that I had a breakfast reservation there before and she suddenly remember the Ohana Character breakfast but it wasn't available for the time I wanted. I politely thanked her and called back. The third CM was able to make my reservation but quickly thanked me for making my reservation and ended the call. WIERD!!! Before you flame, this is just me reporting on my experience and I am not making sweeping generalizations about Disney Dining Reservation CMs - just wondering if it's just me...

You may want to call back a fourth time and make sure you actually have a reservation. Very strange!!!! I have booked all of my ressies for June but I have this small fear in the back of my head my ressies aren't really there. Has this ever happened to anyone, where you had a ressie # and when you showed up you didn't have a ressie?

I thought that this had happened to us in May 2004. When we went to CRT for our [at that time] PS they couldn't find it. I really thought Disney had lost our PS but it turned out it was my fault. We were there one hour too early. LOL

I think they have such a quick turn around there that we are not lucky enough to get the more experienced CM's on the phone. I called the other day to do all of our ressies and I got a wonderful lady and she got all but one of them made in less than 10 minutes.. I had to call back on the 20th and get Raglan Road as it has to be made exactly 180 days or later.
Anyway this CM had NO CLUE she kept putting me on hold and saying "I am sorry" and "just one second" and "let me check" She didn't even know there was a restaurant named Raglan Road ..They whole phone call was 18 minutes for one ressie...ALL I KEPT THINKING TO MYSELF was I am SOOOOO glad I am not trying to make a ressie for CRT!!!! After the 2nd time of being put on hold I thought about hanging up and calling back but I figured if she doesn't get her experience now she is never gonna get it. I just hope I really have a reservation..HAHAHA
