Disney Dining Plan Drink Questions

Hi all,

I need more information on the Specialty Drink option for the Quick Service Dinning Plan.
Does each of the 2 QS meals come with a special drink or just 1?

You Can't get the specialty drink with a snack credit?

You Can't get the specialty drink by itself?

Is it just for Beer, Wine, and Milkshakes?

Or can you get other unique drinks like the Toy Story Mystic Portal Punch part of this plan?

And When your paying for the meal, do you have to tell the server that you want this to be your specialty drink?

There is not a beverage credit. Each qs meal consists of a meal and beverage.

Every QS meal includes an entrée and a beverage. A beverage can be a milkshake, smoothie, soda, lemonade, iced tea, or virtually any other soft drink, even the special ones but not with a special ice cube or straw. If it is an adult ordering, it can be virtually any alcoholic drink on the menu even the signature ones (they will tell you what is not allowed). Snack credits cannot be used for alcoholic drinks. Snack credits can be used for pretty much any type of non-alcoholic drink. BTW, some places that serve milkshakes (50's Prime Time for example) will allow you to get the milkshake as a dessert when you are using a table service credit, meaning in that case you can get both an alcoholic drink and a shake.
