I ate there with DDP in 2007. But to be sure check the 2009 Dining Plan sticky...there's a link to the official brochure with all the participating restaurants listed.

I'm almost positive that all resort restaurants accept the DDP.

Yes, they definitely do. Olivia's is a Disney-owned restaurant.

The only restaurants in a Disney-owned resort that do not accept DDP are Victoria & Albert's and, apparently, the Kona Cafe sushi bar at the Polynesian. We have a few reports that the sushi bar does not accept DDP credits. (Poolside dining at AKV Kidani does not accept them either but that is not a restaurant)
