Disney Dining Plan and 4 Park Magic Ticket

If staying onsite, can you still get the Disney Dining Plan if you only have the 4 Park Magic Ticket, not the Magic Your Way tickets?

Yes.

You may be confusing the requirements for a Free Dining promo with the requirements to buy a dining plan.

Yes you can get the DDP with those tickets.

You do need to keep in mind that those tickets have some special restrictions, though.

1. Tickets expire completely on May 26th, 2017. All days have to be used before then.
2. Tickets can only be used to enter each park ONE DAY. You can visit MK one day, Epcot one day, HS one day, and AK one day. You cannot forego one park to visit MK two days, for example. Tickets may not be used to enter the same park more than once. It's extremely important to keep this in mind when making ADR's.
3. Tickets have blackout dates of 4/10-4/21, and cannot be used during these dates.
