Disney dining not working

Just tried to check some dates,times,places and the system seems to be down. Do they do a nightly maintenance?

I don't think there's scheduled maintenance. It has more to do with the fact that the disney IT department is actually the assignment of an introductory middle school computer class (or at least that's my theory).

Disney seriously has the most inept IT of any major corporation. I can't think of any other major corporate websites that go down or malfunction this often.

Yeah as much as I absolutely love Disney they consistently are horrific at anything IT related. When it works it's great, but it doesn't work at LEAST half the time, in all seriousness.

When we went in September I was used to its glitchy-ness but my husband was so frustrated at MDE.

Today I'm trying to make reservations, as since I'm staying off site I have to do them day by day, and of course it's not working.

There are definitely problems booking online. When I called Dining a recording states that the system is undergoing enhancements and to try back later this morning. Guess I'll just have to wait it out!

I don't know if anyone has tried, but a couple of hours ago I was able to get on, and looked for the 12th since I can only book one day at a time, and got an 8:05 Crystal Palace and a 5:15 BOG - who would have thought?? That system is an odd one.

I was finally able to make 2 ADRs about half an hour ago, but now the system won't let me do anything again. I'm trying not to be annoyed here...

Yep I'm sitting here trying to do my multiple-times-a-day check on BOG and Ohana and it keeps telling me there's an error.

Had the same issue this morning! I seriously kept trying to book BOG non stop from 6 AM to 9:25 AM when the system decided to work, so almost 4 hours! But I was not giving up lol BOG was a very important ADR that I wanted to get. After I got it I very quickly booked my other ADRs before the system went down again lol. It's a very glitchy system and u would think disney would have all the bugs worked out by now
